Keyboard Shortcuts

Master the keyboard to dramatically speed up your workflow

These are the most important shortcuts you'll use every day. Start here:

Play/Pause Space Toggle playback on/off
Stop Space (while stopped) Return playhead to 0:00
Save Project ⌘S Save current project
Undo ⌘Z Undo last action
Redo ⌘⇧Z Redo previously undone action
Duplicate ⌘D Duplicate selected region(s)
Delete Delete / Backspace Remove selected region(s)

📁 File Operations

  • ⌘N - New Project
  • ⌘O - Open Project
  • ⌘S - Save Project
  • ⌘⇧S - Save As
  • ⌘E - Export Mix
  • ⌘W - Close Window
  • ⌘Q - Quit Application

⏯️ Transport & Playback

  • Space - Play/Pause
  • ⌃Space - Stop (return to 0:00)
  • R - Record/Stop Recording

🎮 Modifier Keys

Modifier keys change behavior when held during actions:

Command

Primary modifier for most shortcuts. Used for file operations, editing, and multi-selection.

Shift
